Registration Deadline is June 1, 2011*

*$75.00 per child late registration fee applies if you register after June 1, 2011

Please fill out all forms with appropriate signatures and include:
- a check for the non-refundable registration fee ($80 per child)
- a check for 50% of the sum of your camp costs. This is a down payment to hold your spot at camp (you may combine all fees in one check)
- your registration form with appropriate signatures

Note:
All forms, including medical forms, must be sent in by June 15th.
